Warmly Welcome Japanese Technical Delegation Visiting ChinTiyan for an Inspection and Exchange

Recently, a delegation from Japan's Kangken Technology Co., Ltd. and Japan Power Technology Co., Ltd. visit to ChinTiyan New Energy(Hubei) Co.,ltd for an in-depth inspection and technical exchange. This visit marks a substantial step forward in the technological cooperation between China and Japan in the new energy sector, injecting new vitality into the development of the global green energy industry.

                                                                                                        

In the Miaoshan Optoelectronics Information Industrial Park, the delegation toured ChinTiyan New Energy's advanced intelligent solar PV module production line production base. The factory is covering 10,000 square meters, is capable of producing industry-leading automated photovoltaic module production lines reach to 1.2GW capacity . The delegation members gained an in-depth understanding of the complete production process, from cell sorting machine, stringer, laminator, and expressed great interest in the intelligent visual inspection system and digital quality control system used in the production line.

ChinTiyan New Energy’s production equipment integrates multiple innovative technologies, including its independently developed high-speed stringing machine, which achieves a welding accuracy of ±0.1mm and a fragmentation rate below 0.02%, both of which meet internationally advanced standards," explained by the technical director of ChinTiyan New Energy during the inspection. He also highlighted the company's newly developed BC Technology solar cell stringer, which boast conversion efficiencies exceeding 23% and significant advantages in high-temperature performance and degradation control.

                                                                

After the visit, Ichiro Tanaka, President of Konken Technology Co., Ltd., Japan, stated, "ChinTiyan New Energy's demonstrated technological innovation and intelligent production capabilities in the photovoltaic manufacturing sector are impressive. In particular, their lean manufacturing and quality control practices are worthy of emulation by peers."

                     

At the subsequent technical exchange meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as improving photovoltaic module reliability, upgrading intelligent manufacturing, and developing new battery technologies. Technical experts from Japan Power Technology Co., Ltd. shared their latest research findings in TOPCON and heterojunction battery technologies and flexible modules, while presented its innovative practices in photovoltaic + energy storage system integration. The General Manager of ChinTiyan New Energy stated during the meeting: "We have always upheld an open and cooperative attitude and look forward to establishing closer partnerships with Japanese companies in areas such as technological innovation and market expansion. Through this exchange, the two sides reached preliminary consensus on multiple fronts, including standardization cooperation and technology sharing."

 

Industry experts noted that this visit not only promoted technological exchange within the photovoltaic industry but also laid a solid foundation for deeper international cooperation in the future. Against the backdrop of the global energy transition, this type of cross-border technological collaboration will strongly promote technological advancement and cost optimization in the photovoltaic industry, accelerating the widespread application of renewable energy.

 

It is reported that the two sides have agreed to continue the second round of consultations next month, at which time they will discuss in detail specific cooperation projects. This powerful alliance between Chinese and Japanese companies is expected to bring new technological breakthroughs and development opportunities to the global photovoltaic industry.
