Another Benchmark Case for Our Lithium Module & PACK Solutions

In September, the 8PPM highly automated lithium-ion battery module PACK line, custom-built by our company for HANLY Energy , completed production and in-house pre-commissioning; it was successfully shipped and has arrived at the customer's site. The line has now officially entered the equipment positioning and installation phase, marking the project's transition from manufacturing to on-site delivery and commissioning.

The delivered 8PPM PACK line encompasses the entire process flow, ranging from cell feeding, module stacking, and laser welding to End-of-Line (EOL) testing and final PACK assembly. With all equipment now on-site, our engineering team is systematically carrying out installation tasks, including equipment positioning, layout alignment, electrical connections, and pneumatic system routing.

Designed with a stable output of 8PPM as its core objective, the production line offers the following technical advantages:

• High Automation: Key processes—from cells to modules and final PACK assembly—are fully automated, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing human error.

• High-Precision Welding: Utilizes laser welding technology combined with CCD visual positioning to ensure welding consistency and reliability.

• Flexible Compatibility: Supports various cell specifications and module sizes, meeting the customer's needs for switching between multiple product lines.

• Intelligent Control: Integrates with the MES system to enable full-process data traceability and real-time monitoring of process parameters.

Following installation, the line will proceed to the integrated system commissioning and trial production stages. Our engineering team will remain on-site throughout the process to ensure stable equipment operation and successful customer acceptance.
