EOL /Polarity Testing Machine
Battery module End-of-Line (EOL) testing is the final quality inspection step in the manufacturing process. This testing is designed to verify that assembled lithium-ion battery modules comply with rigorous technical specifications regarding electrical, thermal, and safety performance, ensuring they meet quality standards before being approved for integration into battery packs for electric vehicles or energy storage systems.
Polarity Testing(Addressing): The system captures images to locate the positions of all cell terminals within the module and determines the polarity of each cell based on the imaging results.
Pack EOL testing machine: an automated system used to perform final safety, electrical, and functional tests on completed lithium-ion battery packs before they leave the factory floor.
