Engineers from Myanmar’s 100MW Project Completed On-Site Training at ChinTiyan
Release time:2025-12-08
In December, four onsite engineers from a Myanmar-based 100MW project visited ChinTiyan New Energy for dedicated training sessions. The training focused on operation, workflow understanding, and maintenance of core equipment including the Robot Layup Machine, Glass Loading Machine, and Tabber Stringer, aiming to support smooth production ramp-up once the line is installed at the customer’s facility.
During the training, ChinTiyan’s engineering team provided systematic instruction covering equipment structure, operation logic, safety procedures, routine inspection requirements, and multi-mode switching. Hands-on practice sessions were arranged to help customer engineers independently complete tasks such as unit-to-unit linkage debugging, parameter adjustment, error diagnosis, and cycle-time optimization. Through this combination of classroom explanation and live operation, the visiting engineers gained clear understanding of process control, performance characteristics, and key maintenance priorities.

The customer expressed strong satisfaction with the technical depth and completeness of the sessions.
ChinTiyan remains committed to providing more than just equipment delivery. The company has established a comprehensive after-sales support system and structured engineer training programs, offering remote assistance, onsite service, commissioning support, maintenance guidance, and continuous production optimization to ensure every project achieves stable and efficient output.
